This Dalia looks like a star and makes me think of Monty Don's White Garden.

The leaves on this tree look golden. They make me think of the fabrics on Klimt paintings.
18th September
This rose has awesome textures. The leaves almost look like wet, painted and screwed up paper.

I'm pleased with the layering in this shot.

The roses are still in bloom and I'm appreciating their strong colours like this bright beauty.

This Dandylion on the grass would make a great diptych with the Conker which I found yesterday.

Autumn is on it's way. There are more neutral colours which mean you have to look a little harder to find great inspiration like these flowers on the meadow. They are pretty gothic!

This Crysanthemum was in a flower pot outside someone's house. I always appreciate the flowers that someone has grown, looked after and displayed for the public as well as themselves.

This Willow tree presented me with an fun vertical line texture. I really enjoyed the way the branches flowed in the wind too.

I must have photographed this wonderful hedge of Hydrangia four times a year for about four years now. I am really grateful to the person who planted it and maintained it.

The Orange of the berries on this Pyracantha look great with the blue of this fence. Orange and blue are complimentary colours so the blue makes the orange colour pop.

Today I found these bright Begonia in hanging baskets.
